龙豆运动 User Agreement
Welcome to 龙豆运动. This agreement is between you and 郑州腾旭智能科技有限公司 regarding your use of the 龙豆运动 App and related services. Please read and understand this agreement carefully before using the services.
1. Scope of This Agreement
This agreement applies to the 龙豆运动 App, supporting device connection services, activity recording services, account services, and related features that we may subsequently provide, all offered by 郑州腾旭智能科技有限公司.
By registering, signing in, selecting the agreement checkbox, confirming, or actually using the services, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the relevant services.
2. Services
龙豆运动 provides activity recording, device connection, activity data display, training analysis, activity management, data export, cloud sync, and device maintenance notices. The available features are those actually provided in the App.
We will continue to improve the product. We may also adjust, suspend, or upgrade some features based on device status, system capabilities, network conditions, laws and regulations, or operational arrangements.
3. Account Registration and Security
You may register and sign in using a phone number, email address, verification code, or password through the methods provided in the App. The information you submit must be true, accurate, lawful, and valid, and you should update it promptly when it changes.
Keep your account, password, verification codes, and devices secure, and do not let others use your account. You are responsible for losses caused by voluntarily disclosing or lending your account, or by failing to keep it secure, except where the losses are caused by us.
If you discover an unusual sign-in, unauthorized use of your account, or another security risk, please contact us promptly through the App or the contact details in this agreement.
4. User Conduct
When using 龙豆运动, you must comply with laws and regulations, this agreement, and the relevant notices in the App. You must not:
- Impersonate others or misuse another person's account or device information;
- Disrupt or damage the App, servers, device connections, or other users' normal use;
- Upload, publish, or distribute unlawful, infringing, false, harassing, malicious, or inappropriate content;
- Compromise service security through cracking, reverse engineering, attacks, bulk registration, malicious requests, or similar methods;
- Use the services for activities that violate laws and regulations or harm the lawful rights and interests of others.
5. Exercise and Health Notices
The activity records, device data, training analysis, and related notices provided by 龙豆运动 are for exercise reference only. They do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or professional medical advice.
Exercise involves certain risks. Plan your exercise reasonably based on your physical condition, your doctor's recommendations, environmental conditions, and device status. If you have an illness or injury, are pregnant, are recovering from surgery, or have another condition that may make exercise unsuitable, consult a professional first.
If you experience chest tightness, dizziness, pain, difficulty breathing, or other discomfort while exercising, stop immediately and seek help promptly.
6. Device, Permission, and Network Limitations
Some features depend on phone system permissions, Bluetooth connections, location capabilities, network conditions, device battery levels, device firmware status, and third-party system capabilities. If these requirements are unavailable, devices may fail to connect, location information may be inaccurate, activity records may be incomplete, sync may be delayed, or some features may be unavailable.
Grant permissions and use the relevant features appropriately, following the App's instructions. If you turn off a necessary permission, the related features may not work normally.
7. Data Management and Cloud Services
龙豆运动 may provide local records, cloud sync, restoration across devices, record deletion, and data export. Use deletion, export, and sharing features carefully, and confirm the items you are acting on and the results yourself.
Network interruptions, device problems, system restrictions, user mistakes, force majeure, or other circumstances may cause delayed sync, incomplete records, or temporary inability to restore data. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service stability and continue improving recovery from exceptional situations.
8. Fees
The App's basic features are currently available as actually provided. If some features later involve fees, memberships, value-added services, or device service charges, we will clearly explain the services, prices, payment methods, refund rules, and other relevant information on the applicable pages, and provide them after obtaining your confirmation.
9. Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights in the 龙豆运动 App, interface designs, text, images, icons, software, product names, trademarks, device-related instructions, training analysis content, and other materials we provide belong to us or the relevant rights holders, except for content lawfully owned by third parties or users themselves.
Without written permission from us or the relevant rights holders, you may not use this content by copying, modifying, distributing, renting, selling, reverse engineering, or similar means.
10. Privacy Protection
We process and protect your personal information in accordance with the 龙豆运动 Privacy Policy. Before using the services, please read that policy carefully to understand how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information, and the rights you have.
11. Service Changes, Interruptions, and Termination
We may change, interrupt, or terminate services due to operational arrangements, product upgrades, system maintenance, legal and regulatory requirements, or responses to security risks. For major changes that may affect your rights and interests, we will endeavor to notify you through in-App notices, announcements, or other reasonable means.
If you violate laws and regulations, this agreement, or the App's rules, we may issue reminders, restrict features, suspend services, terminate your account, or take other measures appropriate to the circumstances, and reserve the right to pursue liability as permitted by law.
12. Account Deletion
You may request account deletion through the methods provided in the App. After deletion, some services associated with the account will no longer be available, and the relevant data will be handled in accordance with laws and regulations, the Privacy Policy, and product rules.
Before requesting deletion, make sure you have properly handled any data you need to keep or export. Some data may be unrecoverable after account deletion is completed.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we will make every effort to maintain the security, stability, and accuracy of the services. However, we do not promise that the services will be uninterrupted or entirely error-free at all times, on all devices, or under all network conditions.
For losses caused by force majeure, failures of underlying service providers, system permission restrictions, third-party service problems, users' own actions, or other factors beyond our control, we will bear the corresponding liability to the extent required by law.
14. Updates to This Agreement
We may update this agreement due to product changes, laws and regulations, or operational needs. We will notify you of major changes through in-App notices, announcements, or other reasonable means.
If you do not agree to the updated agreement, you may stop using the relevant services. Continued use indicates your agreement to the updated agreement.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The formation, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any dispute arising from this agreement or the services should be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a case before a people's court with jurisdiction in accordance with the law.
